Compassionate therapy to help you feel more at home in yourself, your relationships, and your life.

About Me
Hi! I'm Lucia
she/her
I'm a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist who works with teens, adults, and couples. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult relationship, struggling with intense emotions, or finding yourself caught in patterns you'd like to change, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and move toward the life you want.
I believe therapy is most helpful when you feel genuinely understood. My role isn't to have all the answers, but to work alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty as we make sense of your experiences together.
My approach is relational, practical, and tailored to you. We'll spend time understanding the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped you while also finding strategies that can help you navigate life's challenges outside of therapy. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic approach, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Somatic approaches, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), adapting our work to what feels most helpful for you.
I strive to create a space that is affirming, inclusive, and grounded in an anti-oppressive and anti-racist framework. I welcome clients of all identities and am committed to providing neurodivergent-affirming and 2SLGBTQIA+-affirming care. I also recognize that our lives are shaped by the systems and communities we live in, and I believe it's important to consider that broader context alongside your individual experiences.

Who I Help
You may see yourself here
These are the areas I work in most often. If your experience doesn't map neatly onto any of them, that's fine. Tell me what's going on in your own words.
Not sure if any of this fits? Get in touch anyway. If I'm not the right person, I'll do my best to point you toward someone who is.
Services Offered
Ways we can work together
Individual Therapy
We work one-on-one, at a pace that's honest rather than rushed. Sessions are a place to think out loud, to be met without judgment, and to start behaving differently. Not just understanding why you haven't.
- 50-minute sessions
- Weekly or biweekly
- In-person or virtual
- $160 per session
Teen Therapy (14+)
Adolescence is its own kind of hard. Whether it's identity, anxiety, school pressure, relationships, or just a persistent sense of 'something's off', I work with teens in a way that takes them seriously without making them feel like a problem to be solved.
- 50-minute sessions
- Weekly or biweekly
- In-person or virtual
- $160 per session
Couples Therapy
Most couples don't lack love. They lack a way through the same argument they've been having for years. I help partners slow down the cycle, hear each other past the defence, and find language for what actually matters.
- 75-minute sessions
- Weekly recommended
- Both partners present
- $230 per session

Land Acknowledgment
I respectfully acknowledge that my practice is located on the traditional and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. I recognize that this land has been cared for by Indigenous Peoples since time immemorial and remains home to many First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities today.
As a white settler, I recognize that the work of reconciliation extends beyond acknowledgement. It requires ongoing learning, reflection, accountability, and action. My commitment to anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and culturally humble practice is rooted in an understanding that healing does not happen in isolation from the broader systems and histories that shape our lives.
I am grateful for the opportunity to live and work on this land, and I remain committed to continuing to learn from Indigenous voices, honour Indigenous ways of knowing, and contribute to reconciliation in meaningful ways.
